Is there really a free plan?
Yes. The Free plan is free forever and includes one social profile, 100 AI credits, scheduling, the content calendar and basic analytics.
What is an AI credit?
AI credits are used when the agent drafts, replies, classifies or summarises for you. Each plan includes an allowance of credits, shown above.
Are WhatsApp message fees included?
No. WhatsApp conversation and template fees are charged by Meta or your WhatsApp provider under your own account.
Can I change plans later?
Yes. Upgrade or downgrade from your workspace settings at any time. Enterprise changes are handled with your account manager.
Do you offer annual billing?
